RETURN POLICY

We, at D.M. HOSIERY believe that “make customer, not only sale”. Customer Satisfaction and service is not a department for us, but our duty; therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site. 

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a refund of product paid price.

However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

 

The product will not be accepted if

  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override D.M. Hosiery’s  7 Day Returns Policy."
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges
  • Is used/worn or altered
  • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  • Is returned without original packaging and accessories
  • Serial Number is tampered.
  1. The product has to returned to us within 7days from the date the customer had received the parcel.
  2. The Product has to be returned only in the original packing as received. it should contain everything that includes mrp tag, manufacturers details etc.
  3. Items such as inner wear or socks will not be accepted if it is once worn.( other than to try the item on) 
  4. The return policy is applicable only when the Product is torn or has some kind of stain or has manufacturing defect.
  5. If thread is seen or the design is minutely change then the return policy will not be applicable.
  6. The return would not be applicable if the size of the customer is extra Large.
  7. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable.
