RETURN POLICY
We, at D.M. HOSIERY believe that “make customer, not only sale”. Customer Satisfaction and service is not a department for us, but our duty; therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site.
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a refund of product paid price.

However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
The product will not be accepted if
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
- Some special rules for promotional offers may override D.M. Hosiery’s 7 Day Returns Policy."
- Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges
- Is used/worn or altered
- Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
- Is returned without original packaging and accessories
- Serial Number is tampered.
- The product has to returned to us within 7days from the date the customer had received the parcel.
- The Product has to be returned only in the original packing as received. it should contain everything that includes mrp tag, manufacturers details etc.
- Items such as inner wear or socks will not be accepted if it is once worn.( other than to try the item on)
- The return policy is applicable only when the Product is torn or has some kind of stain or has manufacturing defect.
- If thread is seen or the design is minutely change then the return policy will not be applicable.
- The return would not be applicable if the size of the customer is extra Large.
- Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable.
